*** A New Dawn in Nigeria’s Revenue Administration
The Nigeria Revenue Service ( N R S) has unveiled its new Institutional Identify, including its Official logo, which marked an important milestone in the evolution of Nigeria’s revenue administration.
A statement by N R S dated January 1, 2026 stated that the unveiling of the N R S Identify reflects a renewed commitment to a more unified, efficient , and service – oriented system, one that aligned with Nigeria’s economic transformation agenda and global practices. And signals continuity of purpose, strengthened Institutional capacity, and a forward – looking approach to supporting taxpayers and national development.
According to the statement, the Nigeria Revenue Service remains committed to transparency, partnership, and service excellence.
Concluding in the statement, the N R S said the unveiling of this identify represents not an end but the beginning of a strengthening relationship between the revenue authority and Nigerian public built on trust, clarity and shared prosperity.
Recalled that the Nigeria Revenue Service came into being after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu signed the enacting law known as the N R S Establishment Act on June 2025.
